Wandering Around Zurich

Great day wandering around Zurich. The iconic twin towers of the Grossmünster dominate the skyline. Below, St. Peter’s church on the opposite side of the river.

Statue of Hans Waldman, bürgermeister of Zurich in the 1400’s.

Either a bar for really jerky people or a strip club . . .

Cow over a restaurant.  It really draws in the patrons!

More medieval signage

Prederigerkirche

The Stork Hotel

The Zurich boat club

More stuff I can’t explain . . .

The flagship store for Victorinox. There’s got to be over a thousand Swiss Army knives hanging here to form the orb!

Quaint side street with shops and restaurants

Statue of Joan of Arc in a park overlooking the Old Town

Hanging Art in the Zurich main train station

More cool side streets

Part of the Zurich Old Town

An unfortunate name for a business . . . .

Our dinner venue tonight

Flaming beers!  Who knew?!  They wouldn’t tell us what they used for the accelerant.  Maybe their own moonshine?

Pork shank. We’re not in Dubai anymore!
